Position Overview
We're looking for energetic, customer-focused Baristas who enjoy creating handcrafted beveragesand providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced café environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate cash registers and credit card terminals.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Address customer questions and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain beverage quality and presentation standards.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Work efficiently while ensuring fast and accurate service.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling cash and processing payments.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
