Compensation: $64,482.00 starting base salary + commission potential

About the Role

We’re seeking a driven, analytical professional to partner directly with the CEO across three (3) national organizations in the insurance, bonding, and small business development sectors.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work on high-impact strategic initiatives , gain deep exposure to corporate operations and risk strategy, and build a pathway toward becoming a licensed Insurance Producer .

Ideal candidates are graduates of top analyst or leadership development programs (consulting, banking, corporate strategy, or insurance) who are ready to accelerate their careers and take on real responsibility at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to identify, develop, and execute strategic initiatives across multiple companies.
• Conduct research, financial and risk analyses, and develop insights to inform executive decisions.
• Draft strategic papers, board materials, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and track Salesforce leads for the CEO; later oversee CRM optimization company-wide.
• Support annual business planning, budgeting, and performance reporting across three organizations.
• Follow up on key CEO meetings to ensure accountability and timely execution of next steps.
• Represent the CEO and organization at select national events and industry engagements.

Career Path (1–3 Years)

• Year 1: Master operations, strategic planning, and business analytics.
• Year 2: Obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License (company sponsorship provided).
• Year 3: Manage a book of business and advance into an Insurance Producer role with commission potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced coursework a plus.
• 1–4 years in consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or risk management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel nationally as needed to represent our companies.
• Polished, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required.
