Our client is an information and technology company. They seek a temp Accounts Payable analyst to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile incoming invoices across North America and LATAM using the email inbox, OCR system, and SAP, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Document daily reconciliation results and communicate any discrepancies to the distribution list for investigation
• Report reconciliation progress, issues, and dependencies during regular team meetings
• Update and refine process documentation to improve reconciliation efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with regional counterparts to share best practices and streamline processes
• Monitor invoice inboxes and OCR outputs, validating that all invoice data is correctly captured
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and P2P teams on change management communications related to invoice processing
• Troubleshoot system errors and partner with technical teams to resolve control or ingestion issues promptly
• Support AP month-end close activities, including validation, processing, and vendor outreach
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and compliance with departmental SLAs, controls, and attendance expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of experience with accounts payable
• Invoice processing knowledge
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent time management, organization, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of financial and accounting terminology
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Agile Scrum framework is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
