Job Description

Role Overview

The Marketing Reporting Analyst / PM is a business-facing analytics lead responsible for delivering marketing insights and dashboards using Adobe CJA. This role bridges marketing stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring reporting aligns with business goals and is delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own KPIs, reporting requirements, and dashboards
Translate business needs into CJA metrics, dimensions, and datasets
Manage reporting backlog, priorities, and delivery timelines
Lead stakeholder sessions, KPI validation, and sign-offs
Perform data validation, trend analysis, and insight generation
Coordinate UAT, feedback, and production releases
Drive executive storytelling and ROI reporting

Required Experience

5–8+ years in marketing analytics / reporting
Experience with Adobe Analytics, CJA, or similar platforms
Strong stakeholder management and agile delivery experience
Exposure to executive reporting

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 100000 - 130000

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
