Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Process invoices, track job costs, and reconcile bank accounts
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices and vendor payments
• Support payroll preparation and maintain accurate time and expense records
• Assist with monthly financial statements and reporting for management
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems
• Communicate with office and field staff to ensure smooth financial operations
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and recommend process improvements

Qualifications:

• Prior bookkeeping experience required (2+ years preferred)
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Experience in the construction, plumbing, or service industry a plus

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• $20–$25/hour, based on experience
