Soma Physical and Occupational Therapy is currently recruiting a Physical Therapist to join our team. This position will primarily include treating orthopedic adult injuries with occasional neurological conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and Evaluate Patients: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify physical limitations and create customized treatment plans.
• Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Design and guide patients through rehabilitation exercises and therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor and Adjust Progress: Continuously track patient progress and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate and Advise Patients: Provide education on proper posture, injury prevention, and home exercises to support long-term health.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and the best outcomes for patients.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Valid physical therapy license in NY.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
