Licensed Acupuncturist

Warrior NYC is looking to bring on a highly-skilled acupuncturist ASAP; will wait for the right provider! Our BEAUTIFUL brand new office is located on charming Madison Square Park right next to the Flatiron building and a few blocks from Penn Station.

We have one of the best young teams in Manhattan and are growing quickly; featuring Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, & Personal Training. Majority of our patients live a very active lifestyle and we are trying to help them stay that way! Appointments are one-on-one between the provider & patient for 45-60 minutes in a private treatment room. We are not a super high-volume office, we believe in building relationships with our patients & delivering quality treatments. Time management skills and the ability to work out of two rooms per hour is strongly encouraged.

Currently we are hiring for a part-time role (20-24 hours per week) with hopes that you are a great fit for our clinic. There is an opportunity to grow into a full-time position here as soon as we both agree you are ready. Both new graduates and experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply.

Applicants should have: active New York acupuncture license, exceptional hands-on skills, willingness to work with other practitioners in an integrative setting, eager to learn new techniques, and a good attitude.

Ideal Candidate:

• Involvement in the New York City fitness community is a big plus and will make connecting with our patients even easier
• Knowledge in trigger point & dry needling
• Training in manual therapy techniques
• Treatment of women's health (fertility, IVF, endometriosis, etc), digestive, endocrine, musculoskeletal, & respiratory issues

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations to determine treatment plans.
• Administer acupuncture treatments while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address pain management effectively.
• Implement trigger point therapy techniques as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Uphold aseptic techniques and adhere to medical terminology standards.
• Manage time efficiently to accommodate patient schedules and treatment sessions.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
