Corporate Attorney
Our client, a full-service Am Law 200 law firm with more than 230 attorneys, is seeking a Cannabis Corporate Associate to join its growing practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney looking to work with innovative clients in one of the fastest-evolving industries in the country.

- Represent cannabis industry clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and commercial agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other corporate governance documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence and assess transactional risks related to cannabis businesses and investments.
- Advise clients on corporate and commercial matters while serving as a trusted business partner.
Qualifications
- 2–8 years of relevant legal experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, and contract negotiation.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen and a practical approach to legal counseling. xrczosw
