Influencer Marketing Associate
GlossGenius is looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to help manage and grow our community of creators—made up of inspiring beauty, wellness, and health small business owners—and shape what our program looks like at scale.
Responsibilities will include:
- Build and manage AI-automated workflows for initial creator outreach, and lead rate and contract negotiations that move approved creators from first contact to signed agreement
- Serve as a relationship owner for creators throughout the campaign lifecycle, building trust and advocacy
- Build and iterate on AI-assisted workflows for creator sourcing, contract tracking, content review, and campaign reporting, and document best practices for the broader team
- Track active partnerships, key metrics, and deliverables to ensure smooth campaign operations with high accuracy and reliability
- Assist in creative feedback rounds across multiple stages, maintaining a high standard for creator content quality
- Oversee posting logistics, including AI-automated delivery of posting instructions and approvals, and provide specific posting guidance as needed
- Create and audit AI workflows for reporting on influencer program performance, surfacing trends and learnings to inform future strategy
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have experience supporting influencer programs, ideally for vertical SaaS and/or beauty & wellness companies
- Are familiar with content capture platforms or project management tools (such as Archive, Asana, or Slite)
- Excel at building relationships and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with AI-powered tools and workflows
- Communicate clearly and effectively with creators and internal teams
Total Compensation
The starting base salary for this role is between $80,000-$93,000 plus target equity and benefits. The base salary offered depends on skills, experience, and education.
