3-5 years Demonstrated experience leading digital product initiatives delivering measurable business value. Required.

3-5 years Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term portfolio strategy focused on consistent delivery. Required.

3-5 years Proven ability to oversee and plan for complex product or application portfolios in a dynamic environment. Required.

3-5 years Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical organizations. Required.

3-5 years Strong financial and analytical skills related to program, application and resource management. Required.

3-5 years Experience managing resource allocation and cross-functional team coordination for parallel development streams. Required.

3-5 years Experience providing clear and concise communication regarding program status to leadership teams. Required.

3-5 years Demonstrated experience overseeing quality assurance processes and testing frameworks related to products or enterprise system releases. Required.

3-5 years Demonstrated experience leading large scale, complex product deployment cycles. Preferred.

2 years Experience in clean energy, energy efficiency, distributed energy resources, or electrification programs. Preferred.
