Internship program overview:
You will be part of a cohort of 10+ summer interns across various teams at Endeavor Global. This is a hybrid role, with three days per week to be spent at Endeavor Global’s office in Downtown Manhattan.
- Program Duration: Early June 2026 to early August 2026 (exact dates to be finalized)
- Pay : New York State minimum wage ($17/hr), up to 40 hours/week

About the role:
Endeavor’s mission of building entrepreneurial ecosystems begins with identifying and selecting the fastest-growing, most aspirational founders and businesses. The Entrepreneur Selection team oversees Endeavor’s worldwide pipeline strategy and evaluates candidate entrepreneurs at the final stages of the selection journey. As a summer analyst on this team, you will support your direct manager on analyzing a variety of scale-up companies progressing through the candidate pipeline, and prepare an in-depth written profile on a candidate that has reached the final step in Endeavor’s selection process. You will also work with your manager on strategic and operational projects, while building an understanding of Endeavor’s markets.
With your manager, you will work primarily with one founder and CEO of a high-growth scale-up, as well as with colleagues from around the world, to understand and diligence a company in Endeavor’s selection process. Endeavor is sector agnostic and companies in our selection funnel come from a wide range of industries sectors including - but certainly not limited to - enterprise software, fintech, digital health, logistics, e-commerce, and sustainability.
In addition to supporting your manager in the development of candidate company analysis, you will also be responsible for collaborating in the execution of the two monthly International Selection Panels (ISPs) that will take place over the course of your internship. During ISPs, we gather select business leaders from Endeavor’s worldwide network - top founders, investors, and operators alike - to evaluate entrepreneur candidates on their fit with Endeavor's selection criteria.
Specific responsibilities will be defined directly with your manager - they will include:
- Executing on business analysis and profile development: Build a high-quality, polished business profile for a candidate at the International Selection Panel (ISP) stage. As a summer analyst, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on one business profile with hands-on support from your manager. Profile building entails business model and industry research, meeting with founders to delve into their company while taking diligent notes, and more.
- Supporting ongoing strategic projects: Work with your direct manager on other strategic initiatives spanning team operations, global pipeline, worldwide selection excellence, etc .
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders: Plug into the day-to-day operations of the Entrepreneur Selection team and support with daily tasks to execute monthly ISPs. Additionally, you will build relationships with Endeavor’s worldwide teams while diligencing candidate businesses.
Who you are:
Required
- Must be a student attending an institution of higher education with courses leading to a degree, certificate, or diploma - this is an internship available only to students.
- Rising university senior academic level (graduating Fall 2026 or Spring 2027)
- Bring a learning and collaborative mindset and be proactive in checking in with direct managers when unsure or unable to make a decision or solve a problem.
- Come prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and support teammates by completing assigned tasks on time, helping others, and communicating workload with their manager.
- Eligibility to live and work in the US required.
Preferred
- Demonstrated interest (coursework, internship experience, etc .) in entrepreneurship, emerging markets, and/or venture capital.
- Prior relevant internship / extra-curricular experience at a startup / scale-up, consulting, venture capital, finance, or an international organization is a plus; collegiate journalistic experience (particularly business / financial) a plus.
- Proficient data analysis skills (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Experience with or interest in using AI tools to streamline / uplevel processes.

You will be expected to produce clear, concise, and objective writing, as well as to edit others’ arguments for clarity. You will collaborate with Endeavor colleagues from cultures all around the world, as well as directly with VIP stakeholders, including leading meetings with top-tier founders.
- Focused attention to detail: You own your outputs, and catch mistakes before they happen - your deliverables will be shared with high-level stakeholders, including Endeavor’s entrepreneur candidates, ISP panelists, and leadership team.
- Self-driven organizational skills: We work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. While we are highly-collaborative, you will proactively manage your own time.
Benefits and timeline:
- This position will be compensated at NY State minimum wage ($17/hour) up to 40 hours per week.
- The Summer Internship Program will run from early June 2026 to early August 2026 (exact dates to be finalized).
- Internships follow a hybrid schedule and interns will be expected to work in our Downtown Manhattan Office 3 days a week (as determined by the hiring team).
