Appointment Setter – Previous Customer Program
Orchard Park, NY | Part-Time (34 hours/week)
Modern Window of NY Inc. is looking for a motivated, people-focused Appointment Setter to join our Previous Customer (PC) Program ! This position is all about building relationships with our existing customers — no cold calls here.
What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to customers who have previously purchased with us to check in every 6 months.
- Offer current specials to customers interested in additional windows or doors.
- Remind customers about our referral program and request Google reviews.
- Handle additional outbound calls as needed, depending on workload.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service background and a genuine comfort talking to people.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets .
- A dependable self-starter who takes direction well but thrives independently once trained.
- Someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged — we want a self-motivated pro who gets it done.
- Availability for the following hours: Monday & Thursday 2:00-8:00 pm | Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm | Saturdays 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, seasonally
Perks & Pay:
Starting at $16/hour , plus a bonus program — motivated individuals can easily earn $20–$27/hour .
