Highsnobiety HR Business Partner
- Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the business by understanding current needs and anticipating future people, culture and office priorities
- Collaborate closely with leadership to shape culture, drive performance, and support key organizational initiatives
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, hiring and onboarding
- Partner with the global People & Culture team to design and implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience
- Manage our Office Manager / Executive Assistant of GM & EIC
- Contribute to cross-functional and international HR projects and initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering guidance on employee relations, career development, and performance management
- Support and execute recurring HR processes, including performance cycles and payroll coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems, employee records, and documentation
- Stay informed on evolving labor laws and HR best practices, ensuring compliance and thoughtful implementation
- Manage all employee-related documentation, including contracts, visa processes, and handbook updates
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in the U.S., ideally within an international and multicultural environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and support leaders and teams effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Solid understanding of New York State labor laws, with a proactive approach to staying current
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Experience in a creative, media, or digital industry is a strong plus
