Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced registered nurse specializing in wound care to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing comprehensive wound management and patient care across various clinical settings, including acute care, long-term care, outpatient clinics, and home health environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough wound assessments, including evaluation of wound size, depth, exudate, and infection signs, utilizing evidence-based protocols.
• Develop individualized wound care plans incorporating advanced techniques such as debridement, dressing selection, and infection control measures.

Code: RN01

Required Qualifications:

• 2 Years of recent Wound and Colostomy experience in acute care
• NY State RN License
• BLS (AHA)
• Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN) issued by the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board (WOCNCB) or WCC(Wound Care Certified)
• COVID Card
