Landscape and Lawn Laborer

As a Landscape and Lawn Laborer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving outdoor spaces, working alongside a supportive team. This position offers hands-on experience in a variety of landscaping tasks, opportunities for skill development, and the chance to contribute to high-quality project outcomes in a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and general turf maintenance using hand tools and power equipment
• Assist with landscape maintenance such as planting, mulching, pruning trees and shrubs, and bed edging
• Operate landscaping machinery and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other standard industry tools
• Support hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Help maintain and repair irrigation systems as needed
• Participate in snow plowing and removal during winter months to ensure safe access for clients
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety protocols

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred but not required; training is provided
• Familiarity with landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and pruning tools is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude or experience operating small construction machinery (e.g., skid steers, excavators) is beneficial
• Ability to work efficiently outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Valid driver's license required
