Job DescriptionOverview of the RoleOur well-known beauty client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Brand Engagement Manager to support engagement strategies across professional and consumer audiences. This role will manage influencer programs, oversee social media content for a leading professional beauty brand, and deliver reporting and insights that drive impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty influencers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings creativity and precision to every project.The BasicsDuration: 6 months (aim to start in December 2025)Hours: 40 hours per weekLocation: Hybrid (New York, NY) - 2-3 days onsite per weekTop 3 Required QualificationsInfluencer Program Management: Proven experience managing influencer campaigns, including content review and agency coordination.Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with experience in content strategy and analytics.Presentation & Reporting Skills: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for creating decks and campaign reports.Other QualificationsFamiliarity with PR and brand communicationsAbility to analyze influencer performance and social media metricsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesCreative thinker with flexibility to adapt to evolving prioritiesPassion for beauty trends and influencer cultureKey ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Support: Develop and edit influencer briefs, manage timelines for content approvals, and oversee contracts and invoicing workflows.Social Media & Content Management: Approve monthly content calendars for professional education channels, collaborate with retail partners on social media features, and support digital ad initiatives.Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and create comprehensive PowerPoint presentations for internal teams.Operational Support: Coordinate agency projects, manage ratings and reviews, oversee mailer fulfillment, and provide event support.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
