Equipment Maintenance Mechanic

Yoh is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Mechanic for a well-established manufacturing organization in Rochester, NY. This role supports a modern production facility serving aerospace, defense, medical, energy, and power generation industries. Temp to Hire.Estimated Min Rate: $23.00 Estimated Max Rate: $37.00 Equipment Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities * Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery and industrial equipment * Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, manuals, and testing tools * Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs * Requisition parts and document maintenance activities * Operate forklifts, cranes, and overhead hoists as needed * Follow OSHA and industrial safety standards Qualifications * Technical School diploma or certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field * 5-10 years of industrial maintenance or precision manufacturing experience * Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills * Ability to read blueprints and schematics * Experience in a production/manufacturing environment required Why Yoh Yoh connects professionals with stable, high-quality career opportunities and partners with employers focused on safety, quality, and long-term growth.
