Brunch Cook
32 N. is seeking an experienced Brunch Cook / Line Cook who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume brunch service. The ideal candidate understands timing, consistency, presentation, and the ability to execute breakfast and brunch dishes efficiently during busy service periods.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items according to restaurant standards
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
- Assist with prep, inventory, and station organization
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff during service
- Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Monitor food quality and freshness
- Assist with specials and menu development when needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years kitchen experience preferred
- Experience in brunch or high-volume kitchens strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Weekend availability required
