We are looking for a talented HR Recruiter to join our team in Rochester, New York, on a contract basis. In this role, you will focus on attracting, screening, and hiring skilled team members who are passionate about supporting individuals in recovery. This position is vital to ensuring the organization is staffed with dedicated individuals aligned with our mission and values.
Responsibilities:• Develop and implement innovative strategies to source top talent through community outreach, job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and detail-oriented networks to establish a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and community engagements to connect with potential candidates.
• Plan, organize, and oversee quarterly job fairs hosted by the organization.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who match job requirements and share the organization's mission.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the intern pool, including recruitment and onboarding of new interns.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and transparency during the hiring process.
• Create offer letters and manage applicant tracking using Paylocity.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting or corporate recruitment.
• Proven ability to source candidates through various channels, including social media and relevant networks.
• Strong skills in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Paylocity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with community organizations and educational institutions.
• Experience planning and executing recruitment events like job fairs.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies for talent acquisition.
