OEM Parts Specialist
A leading manufacturing company in Suffolk County, NY is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented OEM Parts & Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, managing inquiries and quotes via phone and email while coordinating with our inventory and shipping teams to ensure seamless global delivery. work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries regarding parts and price quotes via phone and email.
- Pick customer-ordered parts from internal inventory.
- Generate internal orders for parts that are currently out of stock.
- Coordinate and manage international shipping processes using DHL and FedEx.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Verbal and written communication skills for handling customer inquiries.
- Ability to accurately pick inventory and process order
- Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) is highly preferred (A+).
- Prior experience with international shipping couriers (DHL/FedEx).
