Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in Norwegian, assisting with inquiries and delivering outstanding service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to drive customer satisfaction.
- Remain up-to-date with company offerings to effectively support customers.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage conflicts calmly and competently.
- Willingness to embrace relocation and adapt to a new cultural environment.
