Principal AI Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI Engineer to own the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects-from ideation and prototyping to deployment and optimization. This role blends technical expertise with business-facing collaboration and requires a strong foundation in cloud-native architecture, Python programming, and scalable AI systems. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership:

• Lead end-to-end development of production-grade AI solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and domain experts to align technical solutions with business goals
• Drive agile delivery through sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

• Design and deploy AI agents and tools for business use
• Integrate advanced AI solutions, including LLMs and semantic search engines
• Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI systems on AWS or GCP
• Embed AI models into existing workflows and systems
• Optimize models via hyperparameter tuning, A/B testing, and performance monitoring
• Implement document processing with embeddings and indexing
• Integrate knowledge graphs and ensure ethical AI practices
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years in software engineering, especially distributed systems
• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Generative AI
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong grasp of machine learning algorithms and data structures
• Solid SQL and database skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with financial datasets and time-series data
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices
• Understanding of ethical AI and security architecture
• Strong presentation skills with a business-oriented mindset
