We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Vinyler to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

Position Overview: As an Experienced Vinyl Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the production and installation of retail displays and pop-up installations. Your expertise in vinyl products, combined with your technical skills, will ensure that our clients receive top-quality visual merchandising solutions. You will collaborate with our design and production teams to create and implement eye-catching displays that meet our clients' specifications and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vinyl Application: Expertly apply vinyl to various surfaces including walls, windows, floors, and fixtures. Ensure precision and attention to detail in every project.
• Retail Displays and Pop-Ups: Work closely with the design team to produce and install retail displays and pop-up installations. Understand client requirements and deliver high-quality results that enhance the customer experience.
• Artwork Processing: Utilize your technical skills to process existing artworks and designs from clientele.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of vinyl products, their properties, and best application practices. Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on all printed items, applications and installations. Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform maintenance and repair work on machinery as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a vinyl installer, particularly in retail displays and pop-up installations.
• Strong knowledge of vinyl products and their applications.
• Solid understanding of artwork creation and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in vinyl application.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of vinyl installation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large format printing and cutting equipment.
• Knowledge of other signage and display materials and techniques.
• Certification or formal training in vinyl application and/or print.
