Head of Product In-App - Fast growing Programmatic tech - $200,000 - $250,000

Overview

We're partnering with a fast-growing AdTech company that is helping some of the world's largest publishers maximize revenue through innovative monetization technology.

As part of continued investment in their mobile offering, they are looking for a Head of Product - Mobile In-App Solutions to take ownership of their mobile product strategy and roadmap.

This is a highly technical leadership role focused on building and scaling products that sit at the heart of the mobile advertising ecosystem. You'll work closely with Engineering, Ad Operations, Sales, and publisher partners to develop solutions that drive measurable revenue growth while shaping the future direction of the company's mobile monetization platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within mobile advertising technology, mobile app monetization, and publisher-focused product development.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company's mobile in-app product portfolio
• Drive product development across mobile SDKs, monetization solutions, reporting, and publisher tools
• Define, track, and optimize key product metrics including adoption, revenue impact, platform performance, and customer satisfaction
• Lead go-to-market initiatives in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams
• Work closely with Engineering to deliver scalable, high-impact product enhancements
• Conduct customer research and engage directly with mobile publishers to identify opportunities and validate product direction
• Analyze performance data to support product prioritization and roadmap decisions
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Ad Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver successful product launches
• Develop solutions that improve automation, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Monitor industry trends and ensure products remain aligned with the evolving mobile advertising ecosystem

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within AdTech
• Proven experience building products focused on mobile app monetization
• Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem and publisher monetization workflows
• Experience working with mobile gaming publishers, gaming ad networks, or mobile advertising platforms
• Track record of owning products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization
• Experience working closely with technical teams in fast-paced product environments

Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of:

• Mobile advertising SDKs
• Mediation platforms
• In-app bidding solutions
• OpenRTB protocols
• App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
• SKAdNetwork (SKAN)
• GDPR, TCF, and privacy frameworks
• Mobile monetization and yield optimization strategies

Experience with platforms including:

• AppLovin
• ironSource
• Unity Ads
• Google AdMob
• Prebid Mobile

Strong SQL and data analysis skills are highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

Experience working within:

• Mobile gaming
• SSPs
• Ad Networks
• Publisher monetization platforms
• Mobile SDK providers

Additional experience with Google Ad Manager, Prebid, product-led growth initiatives, or self-service platform development is a significant advantage.
