Qualifications
- Provide emergency care to pediatric patients with acute illnesses or injuries
- Perform rapid assessments and initiate critical interventions
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with pediatricians, emergency physicians, and healthcare teams
- Educate and support patients' families during emergency situations
- Document patient status, treatments, and responses accurately
