About the Role

Luckin Coffee is changing the coffee game with high-tech operations and a focus on convenience. We are looking for a Store Manager Trainee to learn our systems and eventually take the reins of a store. If you have 2+ years of supervisory experience and are ready to run your own location, this is your opportunity. You will master our app-based ordering system, manage a diverse team, and drive profitability in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Learn to Lead: Train to oversee all daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and develop team members. You will handle scheduling, attendance, and training certifications.
• Tech-Driven Operations: Use our workstation software to track KPIs, monitor cup volume, and manage delivery fulfillment.
• Inventory Control: Manage the supply chain, including ordering, receiving, and stock allocation.
• Customer Experience: Build a proactive service culture and handle service recovery to turn challenges into loyalty.
• Safety & Quality: Conduct self-inspections to ensure food safety, cleanliness, and pest control compliance.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in food & beverage or retail supervision (Fast-food/QSR experience preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Availability: You must be able to work a rotating schedule.

This includes Opening (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) and Closing (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM).

• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Skills: Strong leadership presence, time management, and comfort using digital tools for business reporting.
