Job Summary:
- This position involves providing primary care in a multi-specialty setting on a contract basis.

- Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment, and care planning.
Requirements:
- Develop plans based on patient needs and team skill levels.
- Implement organizational programs and procedures.
- Collect data and adjust processes as needed.
- Maintain licensure and participate in ongoing education.
- Teach and support patient self-care management.
- Coordinate outpatient work-up and treatment plans.
- Provide direct care, including wound care and medication administration.
Qualifications:
- Completion of nursing training from an accredited school.
- 1-2 years' experience in Medical Practice/Primary Care, Med Surg, ER, or Occupational Health.
- Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
- Pediatric experience required.
