Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and dependable HVAC Service Technician with experience in both commercial and residential systems , including chiller service . The ideal candidate is highly skilled, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of their work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on all types of HVAC equipment
• Service and troubleshoot chillers and related systems
• Assist installation team when needed with equipment and component installations
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local codes and company standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in safe working condition

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience (commercial and residential)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including chillers, split systems, and RTUs
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional

Preferred Qualifications

• NYC Refrigeration License
• Strong electrical or controls experience
• Experience working independently in the field
• Familiarity with major HVAC equipment brands
