Senior Proposal Coordinator

If you are a detail-oriented, proactive proposal professional with advanced written and verbal communication skills, we want to meet you! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leading coordination and hands-on production for marketing and proposal-related efforts for all stages of pursuits (qualifications, RFQs, RFPs and presentations, award submittals, as necessary) Managing day-to-day development of proposals submitted as a prime and subconsultants, including teaming outreach Supporting marketing initiatives through direct involvement in awards submissions, presentations, and other related efforts Coordination and creation of content for staff and project qualifications Contributing to business development with research, coordination and registration for networking events, award ceremonies, and conferences Required Qualifications: At least 3 years in a marketing or proposal coordinator role with 5 years of experience in marketing in AEC, professional services, or a related industry preferred Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills, with an eye for the little details Proficiency with InDesign and a working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop and Illustrator Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision Your skill set should include: Excellent communication, organizational and collaborative skills Ability to work efficiently, manage and meet deadlines A keen eye for detail and accuracy, including editing and typography Creativity and the ability to conceptualize graphic solutions Estimated Annual Compensation: $70,000-$100,000 Location: New York, NY We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
