Commercial Real Estate Transaction Attorney
Genuine Search Group is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Transactional Associate with 3–6 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate and multifamily housing. This is an opportunity to contribute to a practice that handles multi-layered affordable housing transactions.
Candidates should have experience representing owners and developers of commercial and multifamily real estate, with involvement in property acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, and financing transactions. Experience in affordable housing is a plus.
