Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of our kitchen and service areas. The ideal candidate is efficient, quick on their feet, and able to work with care in a tight, high-pressure space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage, and service areas at all times
• Wash and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assist with garbage removal and recycling in accordance with health standards
• Support kitchen and front-of-house staff as needed
• Keep workspaces organized and free of hazards
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, confined environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• Flexible availability required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
