Position Summary:
Help manage creation of high-quality, detailed, and accurate renderings and guidelines for windows, events, showrooms, and misc. projects on a global level based on high level creative concepts in close collaboration with creative lead.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:
- Work directly with Design Director to design and render all windows, environments and special projects globally.
- Design windows with strong retail knowledge, brand aesthetic and understanding of regional needs.
- Translate high-level seasonal concepts into realistic 3D renderings and tiered design adaptations, supporting scaled execution across full-price and outlet top stores, rollouts, and global wholesale locations.
- Understand production logistics and materiality to help build out detailed guidelines with 2D drawings and renderings.
- Prepare keynote presentations to present concepts, inspiration, mood and material boards, and renderings
- Prepare 2D artwork files relative to window design for prototyping and production
- Manage and oversee wholesale and outlet design, support with regional VM needs
- Help manage junior coordinator and rendering output for all relevant projects.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
3-5+ years of creative 3D retail design. Architectural/interior design or set design considered. Experience in graphic design desirable but not required.
Additional Information:
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: This role requires a creative and conceptual background preferably in high-end retail. Spatial understanding is necessary to the way an environment will be experienced. It is also essential that the candidate is able to adapt to the brand aesthetic along with a constantly changing landscape within the retail world. Ability to pivot last minute and approach projects with solvable solutions.
ENVIRONMENT: The team/office is highly collaborative and success in this role relies on active, positive relationships with the creative voices. This is also a fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education:
BA, BFA, or BArch degree inclusive of Interior, Industrial, Architectural, Graphic, Retail and Experiential.
Knowledge/Skills Required :
Rendering Capabilities: Sketchup, Rhino, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D with V-ray or Corona.
Other Programs: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop + Illustrator), AutoCAD, Keynote
Ability to read architectural drawings, understanding materials, prototyping and manufacturing. Must have strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Should be reliable, focused, creative and detail-oriented. Have an eye for composition, balance, and VM presentation.
Pay Range:$74,100---$100,000 PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
