Associate (Junior) Manager

Job Description
We are currently seeking an Associate Manager to join our growing team. The Associate Manager will own and manage key campaigns involving social media creative [videos, gifs, memes etc..]. Along with assisting the senior managers in larger social media campaigns. The person in this role has to be organized, curious about the ever-evolving digital universe while possessing an enthusiastic, eager-to-learn, and ego-free attitude in order to collaborate with multiple departments. This role is client-facing and candidates must be able to work under deadlines.
By being part of a team that has a consistently visible presence to the agency’s clients, you’ll keep Brigade top of mind for any developing or potential opportunities. By helping to foster deep client relationships, you’ll help to pinpoint agency growth areas, and understand the spoken and unspoken needs of our clients - ultimately improving the agency’s offering.
Responsibilities:
Client and Project Management:
Own the implementation of client campaigns from concept to completion. Types of campaigns include, but not limited to: Social Media, Social Creative and Paid Media
Work with the larger team to anticipate client needs and actively addresses them
Successfully collaborate with internal and external contacts to see projects through to profitably
Execution:
Work closely with Social and Creative teams to execute and achieve success for the client
Discern areas of improvement for client and account team services
Proactively QAing social media creative
Key role in the Client Services team to spearhead and facilitate campaign logistics, including but not limited to project and task checklists, asset management and tracking, creative resource management, and project timelines
Qualifications
2-3 years experience in a project management or client service role in a digital environment
Knowledge of social media creative and best practices are necessary
Social Media experience a plus
Entertainment experience a plus
Impeccable attention to detail; service-minded and team-oriented
Problem solving mindset, able to tackle the unexpected
Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (social media, creative, paid media)
Great collaboration and relationship-building skills
Great oral and written communication skills
Brigade offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, vacation, sick and paid holidays. Compensation is $55,000 - $60,000 annually plus overtime, based on
