: We are seeking a full-time Sales and Business Development Manager with experience in the restoration, construction, or property services industry. This individual will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth through both residential and commercial channels.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic and persuasive communicator who understands the sales cycle in service-based industries. This role requires a mix of field-based relationship-building and strategic outreach to property managers, insurance adjusters, real estate professionals, and other potential referral sources.

Top Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow our customer base in the New York Metro market.
- Prospect and establish relationships with commercial property managers, insurance carriers, adjusters, contractors, and real estate professionals.
- Attend networking events, industry trade shows, and community functions to generate new leads.
- Manage and track pipeline activity using CRM tools and report weekly progress to leadership.
- Conduct site visits, deliver presentations, and create customized service proposals.
- Coordinate closely with operations and project managers to ensure alignment between sales promises and service delivery.
- Support marketing efforts, including campaign rollout and lead generation strategies.
Location: Lighthouse Restoration & Construction is located in Farmingdale, NY. This position requires in-person reporting with regular travel throughout the Long Island and metro area for client meetings and events.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven success in B2B or B2C sales, ideally in restoration, construction, or property services.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking and making in-person presentations.
- Ability to travel locally and represent the company at various events.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, in compliance with applicable laws.
- Fluent in English (required). in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with facility managers, property managers, or other key decision-makers in real estate and property services.
- Familiarity with restoration industry workflows and terminology (mitigation, reconstruction, pack-out, etc.).
- Understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, or social media outreach strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00+ per year (base + commission+ bonus)
