Your New Role

• As a core member of our service team, you'll work throughout the NYC Tri-State Area.

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including central air conditioning, ductless mini-splits, VRF systems, gas heating, and electric heating systems.

• Mentor and support junior technicians while helping maintain high standards of workmanship across the team.

• Communicate clearly with customers and resolve service issues with care.

• Ensure safety and code compliance in all service environments.

• Complete service reports and follow-ups using ServiceTitan.

• Participate in an on-call rotation and support emergency service as needed.

• 5+ years of HVAC diagnostic and repair experience

• Strong troubleshooting skills across central and split systems

• Universal EPA Certification

• OSHA 30, SST, and F60/G60 certifications (or willingness to obtain)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

• Ability to complete any job-related pre-employment screening requirements after a conditional offer of employment, where permitted by applicable law
