We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR operations Manager to lead our people operations and employee experience efforts in our New York office and remote employees around North America.
This role is both strategic and hands-on — you’ll be the HR partner for our US site, responsible for driving the full employee lifecycle, implementing global HR initiatives, and ensuring a strong connection between business needs and people strategy. You’ll play a key role in building an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing culture that supports our continued growth.
Responsibilities
Employee Experience & Culture
- Lead local implementation of our global people and wellbeing strategy, adapting it to the US team’s needs.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team events, and recognition programs that foster belonging, connection, and motivation.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, helping translate Zenity’s values into everyday practices at the local level.
Office & Operations Leadership
- Oversee site operations and logistics to maintain a functional, organized, and inspiring workspace.
- Manage vendor relationships, office budget, and operational needs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate travel, reimbursements, and other administrative functions as needed.
People Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Own the end-to-end employee journey for our US site and remote — from onboarding to offboarding — ensuring an exceptional and consistent experience.
- Manage HR operations and compliance, including HRIS data, benefits administration, and local policies.
- Partner with managers to support organizational development, team effectiveness, and employee relations.
- Oversee onboarding logistics, ensuring new hires are welcomed, equipped, and integrated smoothly.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR, people operations, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven experience managing the employee lifecycle and advising managers on people-related topics.
- Strong understanding of US employment practices and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with strong ownership and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Passion for culture-building, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and HR systems.
Salary Range: $105,000-$120,000
