Executive Pastry Chef

We are currently seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry vision—driving innovation across menus and overseeing all pastry production for daily service and special events. This position offers a comprehensive package including:- A base salary range of $100,000 - $110,000

Qualifications:
- A spirited, enthusiastic disposition, with a commitment to team and restaurant success!
- A minimum of 3 years of culinary experience as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef
- Strong administrative skills and prior experience managing the purchasing and scheduling aspects of a pastry department
- Experience hiring, training and mentoring an hourly BOH staff
- Ability to drive performance and results of a diverse culinary workforce
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Baking and/or Pastry from a culinary school/university - preferred
