Key Account Executive - New York

Labcorp is seeking a Key Account Executive to join our team in our Capital District/Albany, NY territory.

The territory for this position covers Capital District and Albany, NY . The ideal candidate would reside within the territory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Educate, instruct, and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory

• Function as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needs

• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base

• Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service

• Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive

• Provide account management for client’s day to day operations

• Upsell current book of business to increase organic growth

• Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business

• Continuously provide educational material to the client base

• Resolve any customer related issues in a timely manner

• Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals on a regular basis

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Salesforce experience

• 2+ years outside account management or sales experience

• Diagnostics sales experience

• H ealthcare sales experience

Additional Job Standards:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Ability to travel overnight as needed

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay Range: $65,000 - $80 ,000

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan . Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan .
