As we expand our impact, we seek a Vice President or Senior Vice President of Luxury Partnerships & Business Development to lead high-profile collaborations with premier luxury brands, driving growth and engagement among elite members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy targeting global luxury brands across industries including fashion, hospitality, automotive, fine dining, wellness, art, and entertainment.
- Lead high-value negotiations to secure long-term strategic partnerships that enhance the brand’s prestige and member experience.
- Establish and manage C-suite level relationships within the luxury sector, identifying synergies that align with our client’s vision and goals.
- Oversee co-branded product development and experiential collaborations from ideation through execution.
- Drive revenue growth by leveraging partnerships to expand member benefits, enhance brand positioning, and create new monetization opportunities.
- Represent our client at exclusive industry events, forging new alliances and strengthening brand presence globally.
- Monitor market trends to identify emerging opportunities and position our client as an industry leader in luxury collaborations.
- Manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional partnership results and ensure seamless execution.
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or brand collaborations within the luxury sector.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and establishing strategic alliances with leading global brands.
- Extensive network within luxury fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, and adjacent industries.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to structure complex agreements that drive mutual value.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop high-caliber talent.
- Ability to operate at a strategic level while ensuring flawless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a sophisticated understanding of luxury consumers and market dynamics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate complex business environments and drive innovation.
