Key Responsibilities:- Engaging Care: Create joyful and engaging experiences for children of all ages.
- Routine Support: Follow family schedules and maintain household routines.
- Effective Communication: Provide timely updates to parents and Jovie Management.
- Safe Environments: Maintain safety and cleanliness during every shift.
- Childcare Experience: At least 1 year of in-home childcare experience, paid or unpaid.
- Age & Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Mobility: Willing to travel within a reasonable distance to family homes.
- Tech Skills: A smartphone with a reliable data plan for communication.
- Attributes: Responsible, proactive, and communicative, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
