Role Overview
The Onsite Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading delivery execution for strategic initiatives within the Financial Services and Insurance domain. This role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of business outcomes. The individual will drive Agile Release Train (ART) execution, manage delivery risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment with client objectives, governance standards, and enterprise priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership & Execution
• Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives across the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery commitments.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful execution against agreed objectives.
• Facilitate planning, prioritization, and release readiness activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and team performance.
Agile Program & ART Management
• Support PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management activities.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, and Support.
• Monitor delivery metrics and provide regular status reporting to client and Capgemini leadership.
• Identify and resolve delivery impediments to maintain program momentum.
Stakeholder & Client Management
• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, product owners, and technology teams.
• Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and alignment across stakeholders.
• Provide proactive communication on project health, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Requirements & Solution Delivery
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and business objectives.
• Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans and user stories.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and release validation activities.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to organizational governance processes and delivery standards.
• Manage RAID logs and escalate risks and issues appropriately.
• Support audit, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements applicable to Financial Services and Insurance clients.
• Coordinate with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance teams as needed.
Metrics & Operational Excellence
• Track and report delivery KPIs, program health metrics, and business outcomes.
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve team efficiency and delivery predictability.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Description
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT delivery/program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading Agile delivery teams and Agile Release Trains (SAFe preferred).
• Experience working with Financial Services and Insurance clients.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing large-scale technology initiatives involving multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting Life Insurance, Annuities, Wealth Management, or Customer Experience platforms.
• SAFe Agilist, PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications.
• Experience working in client-facing onsite delivery leadership roles.
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud and digital transformation programs.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 96366 - 150000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
