Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join an Ambulatory Care Clinic setting. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, support clinical procedures, and ensure a safe and efficient patient experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients in an outpatient/clinic setting
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Document nursing care and discharge plans accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with procedures such as:
• High Resolution Anoscopy (HRA)
• IRC/Banding
• Minor excisions (skin tag, pilonidal cyst, lipomas)
• Peripheral Nerve Evaluation (PNE)
• Ablations
• Supervise nursing assistants and ancillary staff
• Ensure proper use of patient care equipment within scope of practice
• Maintain accurate records using electronic health systems (EPIC)
• Deliver excellent patient care with strong customer service and communication

• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC preferred)

Requirements:

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• AHA - BLS
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Ambulatory care or procedural experience preferred

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
