Product Development and Marketing Specialist

Rubicon Graphics has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong vision and work ethic. The Product Development and Marketing Specialist will design, execute, and manage new product releases and marketing strategies for our growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute new product development.
• Enhance existing products to meet company standards.
• Build upon our existing network of customers and retailers.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote new and existing products through social media, current and new retailers.
• Work in a timely fashion and set clear and reasonable timelines for new and improved products.
• Work in close proximity with the production and shipping department to ensure that products are high quality and efficiently manufactured.
• Ensure that the production department is educated on all new product developments.
• Various duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years professional experience in marketing and/or graphic design
• Entry level proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop
• Familiarity with Social Media sites to include but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok.
• Ability to see the big picture and follow through on specific vision from the beginning to the endpoint of a project.
• Proficient time-management skills
• Must be willing to work in a team setting.

Job Type: Full-time - Entry Level
