✔️ Licensure: Current, unrestricted license in a U.S. state or territory.
✔️ Experience: Minimum of 5 years active clinical practice in Med-Surg, with 2 recent years in specialty.
✔️ Patient Care: At least 20 hours/month of direct patient care in Med-Surg.
