A growing Home Care Agency in Syracuse is looking for a self motivated individual with an upbeat personality to be our point person for our Home Health Aide recruitment efforts. This team member will be responsible for all on-boarding, from initial contact through staff orientation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and goals
• Outgoing, friendly & inviting personality who can communicate with in office staff as well as applicants in a positive manner with attention to detail and follow through
• Ability to complete a variety of administrative tasks in an efficient manner
• Desire to help the community and individuals looking for a career in the PCA/HHA field
• Develop and maintain relationships within the community
• Lead weekly orientation of new hires Qualifications and Skills:
• 1-year experience a must
• General Home Care knowledge or HR/Recruitment experience a plus Work Environment:
On-site Pay Range: The hiring range for this position is $22-25 per hour . Various factors will determine final compensation such as a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
