Chef de Cuisine
We are seeking a passionate, hands-on Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team and uphold the culinary standards that have defined Friend of a Farmer for nearly four decades. This individual will oversee daily kitchen operations, mentor and develop staff, maintain quality and consistency, and work closely with ownership to execute seasonal menus that reflect our farm-to-table philosophy.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, understands the financial aspects of running a successful kitchen, and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences through thoughtful, well-executed food.
