Sr. AI & Data Enablement Leader

Job Description

Insight Globals client, a Technical System Integrator, is seeking to hire a Sr. AI & Data Enablement Leader to create the AI and data strategy and vision for a global enterprise organization. The work will be remote with a travel expectation to Greenville, SC for the go live and a few other key meetings. This consultant will bring their expertise in AI & Data enablement to help establish, operationalize, and scale enterprise AI and data capabilities. This role combines practical AI solution delivery with responsibility for defining AI foundations, operating models, governance, and enablement frameworks. The ideal candidate can both build AI solutions and shape how AI is governed and scaled across the organization. Familiarity with value-driven data deliveries such as Data Products or other Value concepts.

pay range: $65-80/hr

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of experience in data, analytics, and AI consulting role

Proven successful delivery

Data analysis, statistical methods, and feature engineering.

Designing and developing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.

Defining AI foundations, including reference architectures, reusable patterns, and delivery frameworks.

Establishing AI governance and operating models.

Experience in an AI or Data Enablement Office or Center of Excellence. Familiarity with KPI frameworks for AI value measurement and adoption tracking.

Experience enabling and mentoring data scientists, analysts, and AI engineers.

Experience scaling AI initiatives across large, matrixed organizations.
