Why you shouldn’t work with us

• This is our life’s work . We have fun, but we work hard. If you want to clock a 9-5, this probably isn’t a great fit.

• There’s no clear playbook for success . Data and AI are constantly shifting. Adding in a distributed component in terms of sourcing labor - we are constantly learning and shifting. While we have a clear mission and vision, if you’re uncomfortable with ambiguity this role will be challenging for you.

About You

• You are user obsessed and love the small details. Hover shadows. Gradients. Getting the perfect margins and padding in components.

• You don’t have to know these front-end technologies, but they don’t terrify you:

  • Next.js, Typescript, Tailwind

  • ShadCN

  • Prisma

  • WalletConnect

• You love front-end, but you’re comfortable thinking about the bigger picture . Making back-end changes. Spinning up a database. Playing with AWS to ensure a secure deployment. You don’t need to be a subject matter experience here, but you are not easily intimidated.

• Experience : we don’t believe in hard and fast rules here. Roughly 3-5 years of experience is what we’re looking for, but more or less experience works as long as the above expectations resonate with you.
