We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file individual and corporate tax returns

• Assist with tax resolution cases and client representation

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

• Support financial reporting and accounting operations using modern accounting software

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and current tax laws

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Communicate directly with clients to understand their financial needs and provide consultative support

• Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or a related financial field

• Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

• Familiarity with corporate and individual tax filing requirements

• Understanding of tax resolution processes and client representation

• Proficiency in current accounting software and reporting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred (CPA track a plus)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management

• Passion for client service and relationship building

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Open to feedback with a desire for continuous improvement

• Team player with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
