We are looking for entrepreneurial sales professionals who want full ownership of the sales process and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships.
THE ROLEAs a Full-Cycle Account Executive, you will own the entire customer journey from initial outreach through closing and account expansion.
You will identify opportunities, generate conversations, conduct discovery, run demos, present solutions, close business, manage client relationships, and uncover additional opportunities within existing accounts.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving business problems, and driving revenue through consultative sales.
RESPONSIBILITIESProspecting & Pipeline Generation- Identify and engage founders, executives, and business owners
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities
- Conduct outbound outreach through multiple channels
- Generate meetings through networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct outreach
- Maintain consistent follow-up and nurture prospects through the sales cycle
- Conduct discovery conversations with prospective clients
- Understand business goals, operational challenges, and growth priorities
- Identify opportunities across Initio Capital's service offerings
- Evaluate fit and recommend appropriate solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations
- Present proposals and service recommendations
- Manage negotiations and objections
- Guide prospects through the decision-making process
- Close new business across multiple service lines and memberships
- Support client onboarding and transition to delivery teams
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Drive client retention and renewals
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity
- Track pipeline progression and client communications
- Manage forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and process improvements

- Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, consulting, account management, or client-facing roles

- Consultative selling and discovery expertise
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong organizational and CRM management skills
- Experience selling B2B services, consulting, recruiting, financial services, or SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with startups, founders, and entrepreneurial ecosystems
- Experience managing recurring client relationships
- Track record of developing business through referrals and relationship-based selling
- Full ownership of the sales cycle
- Multiple solutions to sell across a growing ecosystem
